In Home Attendant Care Program
Our in home attendant care program provides personalized support by assisting with personal care services, house keeping, laundry, and other household tasks, all within the comfort of your home.
Our personal care services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and transferring. We also provide support with self-administration of medications. Additionally, we offer transportation for medical appointments, pharmacy visits, grocery shopping, and other essential errands. To enhance quality of life, we also accompany clients on community outings.
Adult Day Healthcare
Our Adult Day Care provides comprehensive services designed to support the well being of our clients.
Our offerings include skilled nursing care, coordination and scheduling of medical appointments, and assistance with medication preparation and administration. We serve nutritious, freshly prepared meals including hot breakfast, lunch, and snacks, made in house by our dedicated cook. Our daily programs feature structured exercise routines and engaging group and one-on-one activities that promote both mental and physical stimulation. Additionally, we offer a wide range of other enriching activities to enhance our clients overall quality of life.
You have the flexibility to choose between our two exceptional programs or customize your experience by combining elements of both to best suit your needs.
Case Management
We provide comprehensive case management services for the Home and Community Based Waiver Program, ensuring personalized support and coordination of care to meet our client’s individual needs.
We are accepting new clients for our Case Management services. Our team is here to assist you and ensure the best possible care.
Payment Options
We offer two payment options: Medicaid and private pay. You may be eligible for the Kentucky Medicaid Waiver program, even if you do not qualify for traditional Medicaid. In many cases, services may be covered with little to no out-of-pocket costs.
Eligible individuals may receive free transportation services through Daniel Boone transit or their local transit provider. Contact us to determine if you qualify for this service 606-394-2294.

We are always hiring! We would love for you to be apart of our team. To apply, stop by our attendant care office building to fill out an application or contact us at 606-364-2294. We offer very competitive wages based upon experience, although no experience is needed we will train you! Start pay is $14.00 – $14.50 an hour. You must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid drivers license and a dependable vehicle with insurance. Must be able to pass a KY KARES background check with fingerprinting, and a drug screen.
